The goal is achieved by the fact that the composition additionally contains chloride L, L-di methylmorpholini or chloride L, L-dimethylpiperidini with a weight ratio of components (1-8): (1-12,9). The composition is applied in the form of sprayed solutions of powders, dispersion suspensions, aqueous or oily emulsions, pastes, dusting agents, spilling agents, granulators. Example 1. Cotton Gossypium - hirsutum varieties DPL 216 are sown and, approximately 2 months after sowing, they are treated with a composition consisting of a mixture of compound F.1 and compound F.2 or a mixture of compound F.1 and compound F. process individual compounds F.1, F2 or FZ. The composition is used in the form of an aqueous solution (the amount of water is approximately 600 l / ha). After 2 months after processing, the height of plant growth and the weight of cotton bolls are determined. The results are shown in Table. 1 and 2.
